Overview

Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the first 29 amino acids of endogenous human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29-NH₂). It represents the shortest fragment of GHRH known to retain full biological activity at the GHRH receptor (GHRHR) in vitro. Sermorelin is supplied as the acetate salt.
