Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed and fulfilled Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for order handling and processing before shipment.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via Standard Ground (3–7 business days after shipment). We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

Packaging

All peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and shipped in sealed, labeled vials at ambient temperature. Lyophilized compounds are stable for shipment without refrigeration when stored and handled correctly upon receipt. We recommend storing all products at -20°C and protecting from light and moisture immediately upon delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 1 business day of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United States only
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that receipt of RUO research chemicals is permitted under applicable local, state, and federal regulations

Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the buyer is responsible for any re-shipment fees. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Delays

Grit Peptides is not liable for carrier-caused delays once the package has been handed off.
