Overview

Grit Peptides takes fraudulent orders and unauthorized chargebacks seriously. This policy outlines our procedures for handling payment disputes and our commitment to protecting both our customers and our business.

Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify the identity of any customer prior to fulfilling an order. Orders flagged as high-risk may be subject to additional verification, including confirmation of shipping address, identity, or institutional affiliation. We may cancel and refund any order we are unable to verify.

Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when a cardholder disputes a charge with their bank or card issuer. Before initiating a chargeback, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at customerservice@gritpeptides.com — most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your financial institution.

If a chargeback is filed, we will respond with all available evidence, including:

• Order confirmation and payment records
• Shipping confirmation and tracking information
• IP address and device data associated with the order
• Any prior communications with the customer

Fraudulent chargebacks — where a customer receives their order and then disputes the charge — constitute fraud. We will pursue all available legal remedies in such cases, including reporting to relevant authorities and collections agencies.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment information was used without your authorization to place an order on our Site, contact us immediately at customerservice@gritpeptides.com. We will work with you and your card issuer to investigate and resolve the issue.

RUO Compliance & Dispute Limitations

Returns and refunds will not be issued on the basis of post-purchase regulatory concerns. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify that the purchase and receipt of RUO research chemicals is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to ordering. Disputes filed on this basis will be contested.

Consequences of Fraudulent Activity

Customers found to have engaged in fraudulent chargebacks or misrepresentation will be permanently banned from purchasing on our Site and may be reported to law enforcement or fraud prevention networks.
