1. RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products identified, labeled, marketed, or sold by Grit Peptides, LLC (“Grit Peptides,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) are intended SOLELY FOR RESEARCH USE and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Unless
expressly stated otherwise in writing by Grit Peptides, products are supplied solely as research materials for lawful
laboratory, analytical, biochemical, scientific, or other non-clinical research applications.
NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. NOT FOR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION. NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY

2. NO MEDICAL OR VETERINARY USE
Grit Peptides does not market, sell, recommend, prescribe, or promote its products for treatment, prevention,
diagnosis, mitigation, or cure of any disease or medical condition; weight loss or weight management; performance
enhancement; anti-aging or cosmetic treatment; hormone replacement; human supplementation; veterinary treatment
or supplementation; self-administration; injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or other administration to
humans or animals; or any other human or veterinary clinical application. Nothing on this website constitutes medical
advice, veterinary advice, a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, or representation that any product is
safe or effective for use in humans or animals.
3. NO DOSING OR ADMINISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Grit Peptides does not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution, injection, consumption, treatment, therapeutic, or
veterinary-use instructions for its products. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any use of products
purchased from Grit Peptides complies with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and research
protocols.
4. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS
By purchasing from Grit Peptides, the purchaser represents and warrants that: (1) the purchaser is purchasing the
product solely for lawful research purposes; (2) the purchaser will not use, administer, provide, distribute, or make the
product available for human or animal consumption or administration; (3) the purchaser will not use the product for
diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, or mitigation of any disease or medical condition; (4) the purchaser will comply
with all applicable federal, state, local, institutional, laboratory, and other legal requirements; (5) the purchaser will not
represent to any third party that Grit Peptides products are approved, cleared, licensed, or authorized for human or
veterinary use; (6) the purchaser will not alter, remove, obscure, or replace product labeling or research-use
restrictions; and (7) the purchaser will not use products in a manner inconsistent with the Company’s stated intended
research use.
5. NO FDA APPROVAL OR CLINICAL CLAIM
Grit Peptides does not represent that its research products are approved, cleared, licensed, or authorized by the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for human or veterinary use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold
by Grit Peptides have not been approved by the FDA for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, or mitigation of any
disease or medical condition. The Company’s products are not being offered as prescription drugs, dietary
supplements, medical treatments, or veterinary medicines.
6. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTENDED USE
All website content, including product descriptions, product names, photographs, specifications, certificates of analysis,
technical information, advertisements, emails, social-media content, and other communications, is intended to describeproducts in the context of lawful research use only. Grit Peptides does not intentionally make or encourage clinical,
therapeutic, diagnostic, human-use, or veterinary-use claims regarding its research products. No information contained
on this website should be interpreted as an instruction or recommendation to use a product in humans or animals.
7. PROHIBITED USE
The following uses are expressly prohibited: human consumption; animal consumption; human administration; animal
administration; self-administration; clinical treatment; veterinary treatment; diagnosis; disease prevention; disease
treatment; disease mitigation; disease cure; therapeutic use; use as a dietary supplement; use as a cosmetic
treatment; use as a performance-enhancing product; use outside lawful research or laboratory purposes; and any use
prohibited by applicable law.
8. AGE AND PURCHASER REQUIREMENT
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Grit Peptides
reserves the right to request additional information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify a purchaser’s
identity, age, intended use, business, laboratory, institution, or research purpose. Grit Peptides may refuse, cancel, or
restrict any order when the Company reasonably believes that the transaction may involve an unlawful, prohibited, or
inconsistent intended use.
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS
Grit Peptides reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, suspend, or cancel
an order before fulfillment or shipment if the intended use appears inconsistent with research use; the purchaser makes
or requests human-use or animal-use claims; the purchaser requests dosing or administration instructions; the
purchaser provides information suggesting an intended clinical or therapeutic use; the purchaser appears unable or
unwilling to comply with this Notice; the transaction presents regulatory, legal, payment-processing, fraud, or
compliance concerns; or fulfillment could reasonably expose Grit Peptides to legal or regulatory risk. Refunds, if
applicable, will be handled in accordance with the Company’s published refund and cancellation policy and applicable
law.
10. PRODUCT QUALITY AND RESEARCH RESPONSIBILITY
Research products are not represented as being suitable for human or veterinary use. Researchers and laboratories
are responsible for independently determining the suitability of a product for their particular research application,
including appropriate handling, storage, testing, qualification, validation, and laboratory procedures. A Certificate of
Analysis (“COA”), specification sheet, purity statement, or other technical document does not constitute a
representation that a product is safe or effective for human or animal use.
11. THIRD-PARTY USE
Grit Peptides does not authorize purchasers, distributors, affiliates, laboratories, researchers, or other third parties to
market, advertise, promote, resell, or otherwise represent Grit Peptides products for human or veterinary use. Any
unauthorized human-use, veterinary-use, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other prohibited representation made by a third
party is not authorized by Grit Peptides.
12. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
Customers are responsible for determining and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their purchase,
possession, handling, research, transportation, storage, distribution, or use of any product. Nothing in this Notice is
intended to permit or authorize conduct prohibited by federal, state, local, institutional, or other applicable law.
13. NO WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Notice is intended to waive, limit, or eliminate any rights, remedies, duties, or obligations that cannot
lawfully be waived or limited. If any provision of this Notice is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. AGREEMENT TO TERMSBy accessing the Grit Peptides website, creating an account, submitting an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise
obtaining a product from Grit Peptides, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with
this Notice. If you do not agree to these restrictions, you must not purchase or use products from Grit Peptides.
