Frequently asked questions

Answers on purity, shipping, storage and order status. Reach out if you need more detail on a specific lot.

Every compound we supply is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not manufactured, labeled, or evaluated for human or veterinary use, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Each production lot is run through HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) before release. A certificate of analysis (COA) matched to the lot number on your vial is available on request.

Store lyophilized (unreconstituted) vials at -20°C, away from light.

Orders ship promptly with protective packaging. Next-day and 2-day options are available at checkout.

The compound is temporarily out of stock at our supplier. You can still order — it will ship as soon as the next batch clears testing, and we'll email you with a status update if the wait extends beyond a few days.

That variant is out of stock and currently unavailable to order. It's kept on the site for reference; check back or contact us if you need it restocked.

Yes — blends combine multiple compounds (for example BPC-157 with TB-500) into a single vial at the doses listed on the product page. Each component is dosed and tested individually before blending.

Because these are lab compounds, we can't accept returns once a vial has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Still have a question? Email us, or see our Shipping & Returns page — we'll get back to you within one business day.
