All Sales Final — Research Use Only Products
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Grit Peptides sells research chemicals and peptides strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) — not for human or veterinary use. Because these are biological/chemical compounds with strict storage and handling requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- The lot number from the vial label
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged goods unless the product is deemed unfit for research purposes due to our error.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If confirmed lost, we will reship the order at no charge or issue store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at customerservice@gritpeptides.com.
Quality Guarantee
Every product ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming identity and purity (HPLC ≥99% where applicable). If you have concerns about product quality that are supported by independent third-party analytical data, please contact us to discuss on a case-by-case basis.
Regulatory Notice
Our products are sold exclusively for in vitro and laboratory research purposes. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and that the products will not be used in humans or animals. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of regulatory or compliance concerns arising after purchase — it is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering.
