Overview

Cagrilintide is a long-acting acylated amylin analog developed for research into amylin receptor signaling. It is a 37-amino acid peptide derived from human amylin (islet amyloid polypeptide, IAPP), engineered with fatty acid acylation to extend its half-life through albumin binding.
